As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with sales teams, manage field tickets, and support upgrades across subscriptions and equipment. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in remote work environments and are comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Cloudcore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assigned accounts by coordinating field tickets and collecting data.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Promote upgrades to subscriptions and equipment to enhance account value.
- Manage account activity using Salesforce and Cloudcore.
- Secure digital signatures for field services when needed.
- Collaborate with management to resolve service issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
✔ High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
✔ 1–2 years of experience in telecom or customer service
✔ Strong communication and multitasking skills, with remote collaboration experience
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean record
✔ Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in managing accounts
