Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate field tickets and collect data for assigned accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Promote subscription and equipment upgrades to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce and Cloudcore to manage account activities.
• Secure digital signatures for field service operations.
• Collaborate with management to resolve service issues and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecom or customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills in remote settings.
