We are seeking an Account Specialist to support our sales operations while working remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field tickets and collect data for assigned accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
- Promote subscription and equipment upgrades to clients.
- Utilize Salesforce and Cloudcore to manage account activities.
- Secure digital signatures for field service operations.
- Collaborate with management to resolve service issues and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecom or customer service.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills in remote settings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
