🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account questions, orders, and updates
• Process and track customer orders with precision
• Communicate proactively on shipments, changes, and service requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Plant Managers, and Scheduling to meet customer expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
Operational Support
• Monitor and manage inventory aging, customer RFQs, and warranty claims
• Provide strategic monthly forecasting insights using JDE or Power BI
• Identify potential service issues and address them proactively
Continuous Improvement
• Propose and support process improvement initiatives
• Help optimize warehouse efficiency and resolve product challenges
• Share feedback and opportunities with leadership
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or account management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
• Willingness to travel 10–20%
• Hands-on approach; able to handle crates, trays, and pallets
• Experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards (JDE), and/or EDI is a plus
