About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join our team in a part-time, fully remote capacity. This position is central to our day-to-day operations, acting as a liaison between EverDriven’s internal teams (Field Operations and Student Monitor & Tracking) and our client school districts. You’ll help route student transportation, manage scheduling adjustments, and ensure timely and efficient communication across stakeholders.
Compensation: $14 – $17 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM MST
Location: Fully remote (open to candidates across the U.S.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for school district partners, primarily through email
- Handle requests such as student additions, removals, or schedule changes in a timely and organized manner
- Monitor and maintain efficient transportation routes
- Build and analyze quotes and route structures
- Update and manage school calendars, including early dismissals, holidays, or weather-related closures
- Perform accurate and consistent data entry across internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in school transportation routing is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliability and professionalism
