The Opportunity
The Account Services Representative is primarily responsible for managing the the order life cycle for approximately 500 assigned store locations, equating to over 9 million lubricant gallons, and over 175 million dollars in yearly revenue. This role will manage the order life cycle process by monitoring each step, will resolve any delays, will mitigate potential delays through root cause analysis, and will communicate deviations to the process to stakeholders. This role will partner with the store operations team to resolve any supply issues. The ASR will be responsible for understanding the distribution network for assigned locations and work to improve service and collaborate with suppliers by reviewing and summarizing line item fill rates (LIFR) and days to invoice reporting. This role will monitor inventory levels to proactively address potential out of stocks (OSS). The ASR will partner with resources throughout the supply chain to provide exceptional service to the assigned stores.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage the order life cycle process from order entry through final invoicing by addressing any delays or inaccuracies
- Collaborate with internal and external supply chain resources to address and resolve service challenges by implementing process improvements
- Proactively monitor inventory levels to address potential out of stocks
- LIFR, days to invoice, and other ad hoc reporting for monitoring and improving distributors within network
- Efficiently and effectively address any escalated supply chain inquiries
- Establish long-term relationships with franchisees through proactive communication and personalized service
- Monitor accounts and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional support
- Assist in the store product change process by ensuring communication with all supply chain resources
- Interact with both the Valvoline Global Product and Retail Services teams- Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning and Store Operations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years Customer Service or Account Management Experience
- ERP Experience, SAP experience a plus
- Analytical Skills
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Problem-solver
- Customer centric
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Ability to manipulate data to uncover actionable insights
- Sense of urgency to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
