Description:
SAMIT Event Group is expanding and looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager – Social Media Strategist (Arabic Speaker) to become a vital part of our growing team. This is a full-time position based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with a start date from August 15th or no later than September 1st.

This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who has strong experience managing clients, leading social media strategy, and overseeing multi-faceted campaigns. You’ll be expected to manage freelance and internal teams while delivering results-driven solutions for clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and freelance-based teams efficiently
• Maintain and grow client relationships through effective communication
• Prepare compelling presentations for RFPs, proposals, and social media campaigns
• Develop detailed and innovative social media strategies
• Lead internal team meetings and ensure effective coordination
• Plan and conceptualize creative campaigns
• Produce high-quality copy in both English and Arabic
• Build and manage content calendars
• Conduct quality control checks for social media content
• Perform other related tasks as directed by the CEO

Essential Skills and Capabilities:

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level presentations and campaign planning
• At least 1 year of solid experience in the social media industry
• Excellent knowledge of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Strong collaboration skills to work across departments and projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Sharp analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A self-starter with creativity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic design and SEO knowledge is a plus
