About The Role
The Account Manager will provide client support to publishers using Wiley Partner Solutions Workflow Solutions products, including Research Exchange Preprints, Submission, Screening, and Review. The Account Manager will manage the customer relationship for all support-related inquiries, will triage customer requests, provide solutions to those requests, and escalate those requiring additional resources to the appropriate internal department. The Account Manager may also train customers and colleagues on these Workflow Solutions platforms.
In addition, the Account Manager will provide end-user support to users of the Authorea preprint platform. The account manager will moderate preprints submitted to Authorea.com; monitor and respond to requests submitted to the help and chat channels; and escalate requests requiring additional resources to the appropriate internal resource.
