Foodbuy USA is searching for a Remote Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is a client-facing role that focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting program growth, and ensuring overall satisfaction for assigned accounts. The position involves handling small target accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement opportunities for supply cost reduction, rebate growth, quality and safety enhancements, and sustainability improvements.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored program solutions.
- Create and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth.
- Manage all contract requirements using project management tools and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare strategic account plans, executive business reviews, and other clear written communications.
- Conduct timely and effective customer meetings to align on goals and program adoption.
- Provide training and support to customers on Foodbuy’s technology and reporting platforms.
- Travel to client sites (up to 30% annually) to review adoption, present new initiatives, and support relationships.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Foodbuy program offerings, services, and business solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years in account management or customer success.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid project management background.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
