Position Summary
Operation Warm is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with our corporate partners. The Account Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to grow funding and engagement. New leads generated by the Partner Development team will also be added to the portfolio. This role does not include direct supervision of staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business Related
• Manage assigned corporate partner pipelines to renew and expand funding levels, achieving personal and organizational revenue goals through account stewardship and growth initiatives
• Onboard and transition new partnership accounts effectively
• Utilize approved communications, including presentations, emails, and MOUs, and deliver formal and informal presentations to partners in both in-person and virtual settings
• Provide consistent progress updates to the Partnership Management Director, ensuring accurate monthly revenue forecasts and pipeline tracking
• Maintain all relevant partner records in applicable databases (Salesforce, Asana, SharePoint), using exception reports to correct data errors
• Collaborate with departments including Partner Development, Marketing, Program Implementation, Partner Support, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure seamless program execution and partner satisfaction
• Train partners on the partner portal, assist with order configuration, and address partner inquiries
• Act as a knowledge resource, staying updated on all partner and team activities
• Participate in Operation Warm’s in-person coat and shoe gifting events and partner visits
• Manage and execute special projects that support organizational goals
Basic Qualifications
• BA or BS undergraduate degree
• 3+ years of account management or donor/client-facing experience; nonprofit and Fortune 500 corporate partner experience is a plus

• Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada (~20%)
• Remote applicants must reside in FL, GA, IL, LA, OH, PA, SC, TX, or UT if more than 50 miles from the Glen Mills office
