Daxko is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from Daxko’s solutions. You will manage relationships, drive growth, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and make a meaningful impact on organizations that improve lives through health and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while fostering strong client relationships.
- Become an expert in Daxko solutions and confidently present value propositions to key stakeholders such as Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs.
- Lead negotiations aligned with customer goals and Daxko’s growth strategy.
- Proactively engage clients and prospects via calls, emails, and video meetings.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to product and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience managing customer accounts, including renewals and expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points:
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry.
Location Preference:
Candidates located in or near Birmingham, AL, or Chicago, IL, are strongly preferred to collaborate closely with local teams and customers. Remote work flexibility may be available.
