Description:
Bloomerang is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team and help drive business growth within our existing customer base. The Account Manager will carry a quota and be responsible for both identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires a combination of hunter and farmer skills, including conducting discovery calls, delivering product demos, and managing pipelines to generate new revenue while ensuring ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full expansion sales cycle, from prospecting within existing accounts to closing opportunities and driving repeat business.
• Identify and qualify upsell opportunities to meet client needs.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and solutions to clients.
• Respond to inbound leads promptly and uncover opportunities for account expansion.
• Actively prospect assigned accounts, engage decision-makers, and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Qualify leads using budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach to drive expansion conversations and set discovery meetings.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on SaaS products and technology trends to communicate value effectively.
• Utilize software tools to enhance product demonstrations and client engagement.
Requirements:
• Strong sales skills with experience in consultative or account management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and convey product benefits.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Adaptability to quickly learn new SaaS products and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
• Base salary plus incentive compensation with annual on-target earnings of $105,000. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
