We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our remote team and play a key role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Reporting directly to the SVP of Fleet Sales, you will work closely with internal teams and external clients to grow our portfolio and strengthen our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with fleet owners, managers, and strategic stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your accounts
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, performance trends, and customer insights
- Generate detailed account status reports and maintain clear communication with clients
- Partner with operations and strategic teams to support business expansion and retention
- Handle client concerns with urgency, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized service proposals to clients
- Attend industry events and make on-site visits to clients to reinforce engagement
- Maintain thorough documentation of account activity and growth plans
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B account management
- At least 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably within the high-tech or automotive sector
- Strong consultative sales background with proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects
- Demonstrated success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention
- Familiarity with fleet operations, including uptime and total cost of ownership (TCO) concepts
- Knowledge of last-mile logistics programs and fleet management procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience collaborating across teams
- Proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Hubspot CRM

- Occasional travel is expected to visit clients or attend relevant industry events
