ABOUT THE ROLE — ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to prospect, develop, and close new dealership accounts at both rooftop and group levels. This role is ideal for a competitive salesperson who enjoys high-touch, consultative selling and can represent an industry-changing product to franchised dealerships.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to hit assigned goals and quotas.
- Prospect and sign up car dealerships via in-person meetings and remote demos (Zoom); the role is primarily outside sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Demo BizzyCar’s platform and services to decision-makers at rooftops and dealer groups.
- Travel up to 75% to meet prospects and support implementations.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and maximize retention.
- Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, and negotiate agreements, keeping accurate sales records in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling software to franchise auto dealerships is required; dealership background earns strong consideration.
- Proven track record as an Account Executive or similar B2B sales / business development role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, energetic, competitive and persistent — able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must live within 30 miles of Chicago, IL.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; company does not sponsor U.S. work visas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($90,000) + uncapped commissions (on-target and upside potential to exceed $200,000/year).
