We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth and build strong client relationships. This role involves communicating the value of our software solutions, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and executing targeted sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven success in achieving sales goals, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and business needs.
🔹 Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of Alertify software solutions to potential clients.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies.
🔹 Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
🔹 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
🔹 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
🔹 Familiarity with the vacation rental industry is a plus, especially with VRMs managing 100+ units (not required).
🔹 Experience closing $30-50k deals, with potential to negotiate $50-250k deals.
🔹 Proficient in CRM software such as HubSpot and quick to adopt new technology tools.
🔹 Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
🔹 Highly independent, motivated, collaborative, and a natural leader.
Compensation & Benefits:
🔹 Annual Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 plus competitive uncapped commission.

🔹 Flexible work schedules with 40-50 hours per week.
🔹 Work from home with occasional travel for conferences and client meetings.
