The organization is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help expand existing client relationships and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys identifying expansion opportunities within established accounts.

As part of a globally distributed team, you will work closely with delivery leaders and client stakeholders to grow strategic accounts, introduce new service offerings, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate expansion revenue from existing client accounts.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Influx service offerings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Guide clients through the sales and decision-making process.

• Collaborate with Delivery Directors and Service Delivery Managers to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage pipeline activity using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn.

• Track, report, and communicate pipeline progress and performance metrics.

• Close expansion deals and achieve revenue targets consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.

• Experience in SaaS, digital services, CX solutions, or related industries preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities.

• Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and performance.

Strong knowledge of:

    • SaaS Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
