Crossover is hiring a high-performing Account Executive for its Alpha Anywhere program, a mastery-based at-home learning solution designed to help students progress faster through structured, measurable academic pathways. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who values clarity, precision, and meaningful customer outcomes rather than transactional selling approaches.
The position focuses on guiding families through informed enrollment decisions, ensuring transparency in onboarding, and maintaining strong engagement during the early stages of the learning journey. The role goes beyond traditional sales by combining relationship-building, strategic communication, and AI-supported workflow optimization to enhance performance and conversion quality.
Candidates will work in a fully remote environment and operate within a performance-driven, accountability-focused culture where sales ownership extends from initial contact through onboarding success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to assess fit, handle objections, and drive clear enrollment decisions
• Manage and maintain an organized CRM pipeline with consistent follow-ups and documented communication
• Set clear onboarding expectations and guide families through early engagement milestones
• Ensure newly enrolled families successfully transition into active participation and understanding
• Utilize AI tools to improve outreach quality, preparation, and communication efficiency
• Develop and refine sales playbooks based on real performance data and conversion insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and overall conversion effectiveness
• Analyze pipeline data to identify trends across discovery, follow-up, and closing stages
What You Will NOT Be Doing:
• Sending bulk, impersonal outreach messages or relying on rigid scripts
• Enrolling unqualified families without proper fit validation
• Leaving onboarding support gaps after closing a deal
• Working in an environment with limited ownership over sales strategy or process improvement
Requirements:
• Strong experience in consultative sales with clear decision-driving outcomes
