The company is now hiring an Account Executive for the US market to join its expanding sales team. This role is ideal for a driven, energetic, and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping travel businesses grow. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while working closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing deals

• Reach out to and build strong relationships with multi-day tour operators across the United States

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing WeTravel’s platform

• Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM

• Follow up consistently with prospects and guide them through the conversion process

• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams for smooth client transitions

• Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to improve offerings

• Meet and exceed sales targets, outreach goals, and performance metrics

• Travel up to 10% for client meetings when required

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Confident communication skills with strong phone and presentation ability

• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or high-volume outreach preferred

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Experience working with SMB clients is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus

• Interest or experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
