Description:
Rally UXR, a remote-first user research CRM, is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to help organizations run better user research and incorporate the voice of the customer into every product decision. This role focuses on mid-market and enterprise accounts and plays a pivotal part in shaping the sales processes, tools, and playbooks at Rally.
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with UX researchers, product managers, designers, and Go-To-Market partners to sell a platform that simplifies participant recruitment, scheduling, consent, and incentives, enabling teams to focus on learning from users. Rally is trusted by top companies such as Google, Adobe, Figma, GitLab, MongoDB, and Webflow to integrate continuous research into product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Develop targeted outbound strategies to engage and create opportunities across priority accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, including demos, proofs of concept, negotiation, and contracts
- Serve as a Rally and Research Ops expert, advising prospects and designing high-impact solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to inform roadmap decisions, refine positioning, and ensure smooth customer experience
- Continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and strategies based on field experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in new-business, quota-carrying roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to own and exceed $1M+ annual quota with complex deals of $100K+ contract value
- Experience selling enterprise software, aligning with executive-level initiatives, and multi-threading across functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Excitement to build the foundations of Sales at an early-stage, high-growth startup
Nice to Have:
- Experience building sales playbooks, processes, or enablement programs from scratch
- Experience selling to Research, Design, and Product teams and executives in those areas
- Passion for user research and helping teams connect with users
