This role involves presenting and selling Alertify’s solutions to prevent noise, smoking, and occupancy issues in rental properties, hotels, and housing communities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS sales and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the full sales process, leveraging Hubspot to maximize CRM potential.
- Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads through networking and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business needs and delivering relevant value propositions.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations, offering data-based trials to enterprise customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, generate forecasts, and configure practical reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the vacation rental industry is advantageous but not required.
- Proven success closing deals in the $30k-$50k range, with potential for $50k-$250k deals.
- High proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Hubspot, with quick adoption of new technologies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly independent, motivated, and collaborative with natural leadership abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary $50,000 – $75,000 with an uncapped commission structure (On Track Earnings $150,000+).
