7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a strategic Account Executive to drive sales of high-value legal technology solutions to large plaintiff firms and major organizations. This role involves owning the complete sales cycle, generating new revenue, and contributing to the company’s go-to-market strategy within a rapidly growing AI-driven segment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales process for large, strategic accounts from prospecting to closing
• Meet or exceed revenue targets while building a strong, repeatable pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at major organizations
• Navigate complex, multi-step sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
• Customize proposals and presentations to align with client-specific needs and goals
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver long-term client value
• Provide structured feedback on market trends, buyer needs, and competitive insights to inform product strategy
• Create and refine account plans and sales playbooks for key client segments
Requirements:
• Track record of closing seven-figure deals with large organizations
• Comfort managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to identify and frame business challenges
• Experience selling high-value solutions in competitive, fast-changing markets
