Description:
Broadridge is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our remote sales team. This role focuses on introducing and promoting our Fi360 software solutions to wealth and retirement organizations in the U.S. and internationally. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and leverage omni-channel digital solutions tailored to Financial Advisors aiming to grow and monitor their book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and execute innovative outbound sales strategies to fuel growth.
  • Track and report all prospecting and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Engage new prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and present relevant products and services.
  • Address client inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Highlight product features aligned with client needs and technical capabilities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for sales or service agreements.
  • Identify potential clients using business directories, LinkedIn, existing client referrals, organizations, and industry events.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on requirements, specifications, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies, marketing information, and best practices.
  • Work closely with sales management to optimize processes and exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Attend industry conferences as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience with a passion for technology solution-based selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Capable of high-volume outbound communications to achieve pipeline goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow new and existing accounts.
  • Strong skills in overcoming objections and engaging decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365, digital tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
