In this role, you’ll be a key player in Deel’s fast-paced expansion within the MEA region. You’ll collaborate with your Account Executive counterpart to drive new opportunities in global payroll, working directly with prospects from initial outreach to closing deals. You’ll be responsible for shaping strategy, generating demand, and establishing new client relationships. This is a high-impact role where success hinges on your ability to work independently and partner effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new payroll opportunities across the MEA region.
- Collaborate with in-country AEs on existing leads and initiate outreach to develop new accounts.
- Conduct strategic outreach and lead demand generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, build champions, and guide complex sales processes to close deals with HR, Finance, and Payroll leaders.
- Work closely with your SDR to coordinate go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and signing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to articulate the platform’s value.
- Track and manage all sales activities in Salesforce, including accurate monthly revenue forecasting.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar AE role at a global payroll, SaaS, or technology company.
- Strong experience in generating your own pipeline and demand creation.
- Proven ability to execute complex sales cycles and leverage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with process-driven sales approaches such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
