The Account Coordinator plays a key role in managing client relationships, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring successful delivery of marketing and app optimization services. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and direct communication with clients to drive engagement, performance, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage existing client accounts, campaigns, and service requests
• Conduct research on client industries and products to optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams including analysts, designers, writers, and developers
• Present reports, deliverables, and performance insights to clients
• Support account growth and identify upselling opportunities
• Track and report campaign performance metrics across marketing channels
• Assist in optimizing app store visibility and engagement strategies
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Participate in training to develop ASO (App Store Optimization) knowledge
• Monitor external factors impacting campaign performance across digital platforms
Requirements:
