The Account Coordinator will join the Partnerships team and play a key role in supporting mobile and digital advertising campaigns from a technical and operational perspective. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in digital advertising or AdTech who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute campaign-related tasks with guidance from Customer Success Managers and Team Leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage backend client requirements, address daily operational challenges, and support account growth
• Provide campaign setup and technical support while communicating with customers as needed
• Assist senior team members by completing assigned tasks and operational deliverables
• Support live campaigns by monitoring performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure KPIs are met
• Traffic and launch new campaigns within GroundTruth’s Ads Manager platform
• Debug and manage trafficking tags including 1×1 pixels, JavaScript tags, VAST, Flashtalking, and DoubleClick
• Track, analyze, and optimize multiple mobile advertising campaigns simultaneously
• Serve as an initial technical contact for partners, supporting campaign setup, training, and troubleshooting
• Review pacing and performance reports, offering optimization recommendations
• Track and resolve Zendesk support requests in a timely manner
• Investigate and troubleshoot internal product or campaign issues and assist in providing client-facing solutions
• Collect and communicate client feedback to Product and Technology teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior trafficking or campaign operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience without a degree, in digital media, performance marketing, account management, media sales, or agency environments
• Strong interest in advertising technology and the mobile ecosystem across search, social, networks, and rich media platforms
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote
