Role Summary:
We are hiring an Account Coordinator to join the account management team and support one of our major client relationships. You will work closely with the Account Director to ensure seamless service delivery, excellent client experience, and strong long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and be the daily point of contact for service-related needs.
- Service Delivery: Coordinate and monitor the successful delivery of solutions to meet customer objectives and SLA commitments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content Curation and Content Operations teams to manage day-to-day service activities.
- Communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of project progress, escalations and outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and responsiveness.
- Values: Represent Anuvu’s core values in all interactions and activities.
Expectations & Skills:
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Data Literacy: Comfortable reviewing and interpreting datasets to support client reporting and decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt working hours as needed to meet client needs.
- Experience: Background in account management or customer service support roles is preferred.
- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and influence stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel and MS Office is desirable; exposure to design thinking or basic design tools is a plus.
- Curiosity for Tech: Interest in AI/emerging tools (e.g., large language models) is welcome—curiosity and adaptability matter more than deep expertise.
