Description:
CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support facilities management operations remotely in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that all facility tasks, work orders, and reports are accurately executed and documented. This position is part of the Facilities Management team, supporting Property Managers with repairs, investment plans, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and reporting standards
- Acknowledge and track client inquiries and work orders
- Collect performance and progress reports from vendors and service providers
- File work orders, proposals, departmental records, and other documentation
- Monitor external building activities, including waste disposal and recycling
- Follow instructions, correspondence, and memos, seeking clarification as needed
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors
- Apply established procedures to solve routine problems while exercising limited discretion
- Deliver output by adhering to defined processes under supervision
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
