We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to help manage our client relationships across verticals. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the daily workflow of multiple client projects to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy. In addition, he or she may be called upon to help analyze a client’s business issue(s), develop recommendations and help our clients implement enhancements to support their marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross functional teams (Technology, Agency, ESP, etc.) to issue a high-quality database deliverable, mapped to client’s expectations and database marketing goals.
- Maintain a specific focus on long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Build client relationships and establish strong bonds and trusting relationships with all client contacts, internal and external.
- Proactively identify or clarify issues, analyze challenges, and make recommendations on what to do and how/when to do it.
- Support in the development and execution of annual client-specific account plans that provide a database marketing overview and direction for internal team, illuminate areas for further improvement and set goals for exemplary database service and support.
- Support quarterly business reviews with the client, measuring progress against previously stated goals and objectives and create further benchmarks to measure database deliverable success.
- Possess clear understanding of client’s business and category, including the competitive environment, industry product and pricing strategies.
- Possess clear understanding of client’s database and how to apply it to effectively assist client executing in support of business strategies.
- Follow economic and business trends and apply knowledge to client discussions and database marketing recommendations.
- Understand data quality issues and make recommendations to improve data accuracy and completeness.
- Educate contacts on use and applications of Data Axle’s products and services.
- Determine growth /cross sell opportunities for new products and services with current client(s).
- Be highly responsive to client questions, requests and needs.
- Work closely with client to identify and resolve client roadblocks to success (e.g., staffing quality, implementation approach).
