Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for patients seeking department services by phone.
- Respond to general inquiries about appointments and healthcare procedures.
- Manage pre-visit and registration tasks, ensuring accurate patient demographic and insurance details are entered.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, procedures, and related testing, maintaining clear communication with medical departments.
- Assist in identifying workflow improvements and collaborate with management to optimize scheduling operations.
Qualifications:
