Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accelerator Associate to join our team and help scale VC Lab operations. This position offers the chance to manage multiple cohorts of venture capital funds and gain exposure to all facets of venture capital in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will bring operational experience from startup accelerators or equivalent settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage admissions communications for accelerator cohorts
- Assist in planning and executing events for the Accelerator Community
- Optimize operational processes, workflows, documentation, and tools
- Track program quality, execution, and produce reports on enrolled participants
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including participants, mentors, and partners
- Provide support through Slack and other communication channels
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in accelerator operations or similar programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Deep personal interest in venture capital and startup ecosystems
