Description:
Mosaic Talent Consulting is seeking a dedicated Academic Scheduler to coordinate complex scheduling for Health Sciences courses. This role plays a critical part in ensuring resources are optimally utilized while supporting faculty, staff, and administration in course planning and execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently organize and manage complex scheduling for Health Sciences courses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental course coordinators regarding scheduling needs.
  • Generate and distribute scheduling reports to administration, faculty, and staff.
  • Assist in onboarding new departmental coordinators and managing scheduling resources.
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to inquiries and assisting with classroom maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in complex scheduling, such as course, curriculum, or event coordination.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. as required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, SharePoint) and collaboration software.
  • Familiarity with academic scheduling processes and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using scheduling software like 25Live or 25Live Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of Audio/Visual systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse students, staff, and faculty.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability with various software systems.
  • Previous experience working in an academic setting.
