CADD Emirates is currently expanding its operations in Dubai and is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join the team immediately. This opportunity is ideal for creative professionals who have a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality architectural and interior visualizations.
The role involves developing visually compelling and photorealistic 3D renderings for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Candidates should be capable of transforming architectural and interior design concepts into detailed and realistic visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality interior and exterior 3D renderings with a photorealistic finish
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and convert them into detailed 3D models
- Apply strong knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and space styling to enhance visual quality
- Collaborate closely with architectural and interior design teams to ensure project alignment
- Perform post-production work, including editing and enhancements using tools like Photoshop
- Ensure all visual outputs meet project standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural and interior 3D visualization
- Proven portfolio demonstrating work on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong expertise in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, or similar visualization software
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD for model preparation and understanding drawings
- Strong skills in lighting, texturing, composition, and rendering techniques
- Ability to deliver creative and accurate visual interpretations of design concepts
- Experience working on UAE or GCC-based projects will be an advantage
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 1–2 weeks will be preferred
