Description:
C3D Printing Production is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Industrial Designer to join its expanding additive manufacturing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for creative professionals who combine strong design capabilities with technical expertise in 3D modeling, product development, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, preparing production-ready files, and supporting manufacturing projects from concept to final production. The role requires close collaboration with production teams, project stakeholders, and engineering personnel to ensure designs meet both functional and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create highly detailed 3D models, prototypes, and production-ready designs for various manufacturing projects.
• Develop technical drawings, engineering documentation, and manufacturing files required for production processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure project requirements are accurately translated into final designs.
• Perform reverse engineering tasks using existing components, scans, or reference data to generate precise digital models.
• Repair, modify, and optimize digital files to improve printability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare and optimize STL, mesh, and CAD files for additive manufacturing applications.
• Verify dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and design feasibility before production begins.
• Ensure designs comply with production capabilities, material limitations, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending design enhancements and process optimizations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 1–4 years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Product Development, Additive Manufacturing, or 3D Printing environments.
• Strong understanding of additive manufacturing technologies including FDM, SLA, and SLS processes.
• Practical knowledge of Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles and best practices.
• Experience performing reverse engineering and digital model reconstruction.
• Ability to prepare production-ready files with a focus on efficiency and manufacturability.
• Proficiency in the following software applications:
• SolidWorks
• Fusion 360
• Rhino
• Materialise Magics
• Organic design, sculpting, and mesh-editing software
