Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer with strong experience in interior fitout design for luxury residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be able to convert concepts and client briefs into high-quality 3D visualizations that reflect creativity, accuracy, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior fitout projects in line with design briefs.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop detailed 3D models.
- Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and mood boards to produce realistic and accurate renders.
- Ensure all 3D outputs meet luxury quality standards and are presentation-ready for clients.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while adhering to project timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest 3D design trends, materials, and rendering techniques applicable to luxury interiors.
- Maintain an organized file system for all project-related 3D assets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in 3D design, ideally within luxury interior fitout projects.
- Proficient in software including 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
- Strong eye for detail, proportion, color, and lighting.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality output.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
