- As an IT Support, Helpdesk, and Asset Management Senior Specialist is responsible to lead and oversee the comprehensive support, helpdesk, and asset management functions within the organization.
- The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT service desk operations, providing technical assistance, and optimizing the utilization and tracking of IT assets.
