Medical Park Consultants One Day Surgery Center is looking for a well-experienced Healthcare Registration and Billing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities includes:

• Welcome patients upon arrival
• Checked insurance eligibility and benefits real time
• Handled guest registration and booking appointments
• Identifying overage and limitations of each insurances available in Abu Dhabi
• Updates and secure personal information of all the guest in system
• Educate guest about their insurance coverage and co-payments
• Expalin to guest about non-covered services depending on their current insurance
• Sending approval request to insurance
• Collect patients share as per the insurance policy after consultation with the physician
