Job Overview:
As a Medical Recruiter at Mapshore Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing highly qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring process for a variety of medical positions, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough searches and sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for medical positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Utilize various recruitment tools, databases, and networking channels to attract top talent.
- Review resumes, applications, and credentials to assess candidate qualifications.
- Verify professional licenses, certifications, and references.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Present candidates to clients, facilitate interviews and gather feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Ensure all candidate and client interactions comply with relevant healthcare industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.
- Assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and employment terms.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
