What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and shortlist top healthcare talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including DOH licensing, visa processing, and credentialing
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand recruitment needs
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Draft and advertise job postings across multiple platforms
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Work closely with the PRO to manage DataFlow and DOH licensing processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Support general HR functions as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in healthcare talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions, onboarding, and compliance
- Experience with DOH licensing and UAE healthcare regulations (a plus!)
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) – a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
