What You’ll Do:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist top healthcare talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including DOH licensing, visa processing, and credentialing
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand recruitment needs
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Draft and advertise job postings across multiple platforms
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Work closely with the PRO to manage DataFlow and DOH licensing processes
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
  • Support general HR functions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in healthcare talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions, onboarding, and compliance
  • Experience with DOH licensing and UAE healthcare regulations (a plus!)
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) – a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
