Job Title: Healthcare Information Specialist.
Job Description:
You have the opportunity to be the Networking Technical Support Engineer / Integration Project Manager for the Managed Equipment Services group. You will be in the planning, coordination, and solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies within healthcare application integration environment.
You will act as the key liaison between Managed Equipment Services Provider and the hospital clinical, Vendor’s implementation teams, Project Networking contractors and training process.
Leading the implementation and testing of complex IT integration solutions following industry and proprietary real-time patient data transfer requirement.
Providing consultation to healthcare institutions on IT integration strategies and system integrations.
Troubleshooting complex system integration issues to ensure acceptable (QOS) Quality of Service.
Leading installation of complex multi-phase systems composed of IT infrastructure and patient monitoring in both clinical and non-clinical environments across an expansive geography.
Identifying and resolve networking and systems connectivity and integration issues.
You have to be:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical disciplines with at least two years’ experience in Healthcare / IT environments preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of information system technologies as reflected in formal Microsoft, Cisco, VM, or Active directory certifications desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare systems and clinical informatics solutions and Healthcare integration.
- Extensive knowledge of HL7 and the integration of medical equipment with EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
- Minimum required experience is 3 years in the same field.
