We are looking for a Headhunter for Travel Retail Industry (Temporary Contract) will be based in Abu Dhabi, or Dubai (with regular travel to Abu Dhabi)
You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for various retail positions, and will also be responsible for conducting screenings and interviews, negotiating offers.
You must possess a variety of skills, including an understanding of the retail industry, the ability to identify the best fit for a particular position, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Having a deep understanding of the industry, the company, and the position itself will help the recruiter to successfully recruit the best person for the job.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a travel retail recruiter
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify, attract, and onboard top talent.
- Understanding of the retail industry, its trends, and job market.
- Proven ability to source, interview and select candidates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
