Looking for Head Waiter/Waitress

Meshico group is looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with +2 years of proven experience working in Fine-Dining restaurants in Dubai.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To be familiar with the composition of all menu products
• Follows the sequence of service at all time, focused on high experience standers
• To serve beverages and plates in accordance with standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
• To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer honestly
• Ensures best practices and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates to the Manager
• Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guests and his superiors during operations
• Interacts with his/her teammates and managers in order to improve service and communication

Requirements:

• Neat appearance and exceptional grooming habits for a professional presence
• A friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
• Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
• Knowledge and experience in upselling
• His/her should have previous training and a minimum of 2 years of experience
