Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pastry and bakery teams across multiple outlets
- Innovate and create new, delectable menus that align with our brand’s vision
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency and excellence
What we’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing multiple outlets and brands
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for pastry arts
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be based in the UAE and available for interview and food trial
