About the Role:
As the Head of Secondary Sales in Dubai, you will drive property sales, manage a team, and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Direct and guide the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Devise effective sales strategies to optimize secondary property sales.
- Identify target segments and refine sales approaches to attract buyers.

Requirements:
