We are seeking experienced and visionary leaders for the following positions:

  1. Head of Science Department
  2. Head of ICT Department

Position Overview:

 As Head of Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic direction of your subject area, leading a team of passionate educators, and ensuring that teaching and learning standards align with CCSS and 21st-century skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality instruction aligned with CCSS.
  • Mentor and support faculty through professional development and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze student achievement data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive department culture.
  • Oversee the integration of technology and best practices into teaching (especially for ICT).
  • Organize and participate in school-wide initiatives, events, and parent engagement activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ICT or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Teaching Qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the US Curriculum and Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
