We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales department. You will lead a team of sales consultants across various segments including off-plan, secondary market, leasing, mortgage brokerage, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets within Dubai’s Real Estate Market
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales consultants
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead-generation campaigns
- Explore new business development avenues and build strong relationships with developers and investors
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and accountability
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior sales leadership role in the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency preferred
