Description:
Energie Entertainment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our senior management team as Head of Projects. The Head of Projects will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of project managers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role would suit someone who has proven experience at Executive Producer / Project Director level for international event, entertainment or show production agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Must be extremely competent in responding to RFPs, leading the project management and creative team on a wide range of tenders for events across the Middle East.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of project management staff, ensuring that team members have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support the professional growth and development of team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Finance and Budget Control – overseeing large scale budgets at pitch stage, into delivery through to final reconciliation, as well as having an oversight on all Project Managers budgets and reconciliations.
- Ensure seamless coordination and integration of various elements, including production, logistics, workforce planning and talent management, to deliver exceptional results.
