Hiring Head of Finance

Salary: Circa 45,000 AED + Schooling for 3 kids + Benefits and Bonuses

We are seeking a qualified chartered/certified accountant to join our esteemed organization as the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing group financial results for periodic Board Meetings and ensuring that all reporting processes and compliance procedures are adhered to by all subsidiary companies/entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present group financial results for Board Meetings
• Ensure compliance with all reporting processes and procedures across subsidiaries
• Provide support to subsidiary management in preparing financial projections and detailed budget schedules
• Analyze consolidated budget data to provide comprehensive insights
• Manage a team of 4 FTE at the Group level
• Oversee and manage stakeholders across all levels of Group Finance, Risk, and Audit, as well as subsidiary companies

Requirements:

• Must have international/regional statutory and consolidation experience
• Experience in hard industries such as manufacturing, engineering, or construction
• Qualified accountant with at least 10 years of experience
• Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
