Hiring a Head of Finance

Industry: Mining & Energy

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the company’s banking and borrowing arrangements (this includes Factoring, trade facilities and structured trade finance)
• Managing and monitoring day-to-day trade finance operations.
• Introduce creative trade finance solutions to help reduce funding cost from a group perspective.
• To obtain working capital facilities to enable third-party trades with new counterparties.
• Financial reporting. (includes monthly financial reporting and forecasting),
• Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
• Growing and managing relationships with local and overseas banking and non-banking (e.g. trade funds) partners
• Establish a Risk Management framework
