Hot Vacancy for Head of Finance & Accounting – Dubai (Immediate Joiners – 30 Days Max)

• Location: Dubai
• UAE Valid Driving License and Own Car is a Must
• Odoo ERP experience into Finance & Accounting Mandatory

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Execute the day-to-day book keeping & operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and all general ledger and book entry activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes on operational, growth and taxation matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Accounting Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management:

• Book keeping & overseeing the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Draft, implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Manage and optimize the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

 Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors for accurate and timely tax filings.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Work closely with department heads to develop realistic and strategic financial plans.

 Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs and financial obligations.
• Implement strategies to optimize working capital.

 Financial Analysis:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

 ERP System Expertise:

• Strong experience as an Odoo Finance & Accounting user. This involves deep understanding of functionality and reporting  of Odoo or similar ERP system.
