Are you an experienced professional in the automobile after-sales sector? Do you have a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the after-sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the after-sales division.
• Oversee all after-sales operations, including warranty, repairs, maintenance, and parts management.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in the automobile after-sales division handling body-shop, Spare-parts division, insurance and warranty.
• Mandatory UAE experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
