We have a vacancy for a Head Chef position for a Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai.

The candidate must be well experienced in the following;

Mediterranean cuisine

Creative & inventive in the in kitchen and knowledgeable with all technicalities

Menu development

Managerial skills (staff and kitchen operations)

Manage food waste & food costings

Handle food orders

We are currently only shortlisting experienced head chefs who already reside in the UAE
